Support the coordinator team in carrying out administrative functions within the assigned division, including information dissemination, documentation, and day-to-day operations monitoring.
Assist in the preparation and timely updates of various periodic and ad-hoc reports, including narrative, financial, database, and statistical data.
Monitor audit report turnaround times, upload reports to the designated platform, and distribute reports as needed.
Handle inbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist with procurement processes by preparing purchase requisitions for divisional needs.
Coordinate and prepare travel advances for auditors, as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Science, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration, or operations coordination.
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proven capability to manage tasks under tight schedules and in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
High level of professionalism, reliability, and patience in handling tasks and client interactions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard business software.
