- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing the end-to-end service process and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure timely project completion in line with agreed turnaround times (TAT).
- Prepare and dispatch samples to the laboratory, and conduct initial reviews of test reports before final delivery.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries within the agreed TAT.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and associated factories.
- Collaborate works with Laboratories.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Science or a related field.
- Positive attitude and strong service mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve results.
- Strong command of English, particularly in reading and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fast learner with a proactive approach and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in document review and handling.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.
