Responsibilities
• Prepare, issue, and verify customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Ensure invoices comply with company policies, contract terms, and applicable tax requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to gather complete and accurate billing information.
• Maintain proper and organized documentation for all billing transactions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and update aging reports regularly.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments through calls, emails, and official reminders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, or customer queries.
• Recommend actions for overdue accounts and support credit control procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date records of payment status, customer communication, and collection activities.
• Assist in preparing weekly or monthly collection reports and summaries for management review.
• Handle email correspondence and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Support compliance, audit, and finance teams with required documentation.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or administrative support.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
