• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, System Integration, Cloud Engineering, or Software Engineering
• Experience in AI/ML or involvement in AI/Deep Learning projects is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of system architectures including VM, Cloud, Container, and Microservices
• Proficient in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
• Strong foundational knowledge of database system design is a plus
• Experience in gathering and analyzing technical requirements
• Able to deliver clear and impactful presentations and system demonstrations to clients
• Skilled in price and scope negotiation with clients
• Understanding of cost estimation models and the ability to present ROI/TCO to stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility and efficiency
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies continuously
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect
• Experience in system integration projects such as ERP/CRM, Data Warehouse, or BI implementation
• Deep understanding of IT security concepts, including Cloud Security, IAM, and Network Security
• Hands-on experience working with R&D teams to develop real AI/ML models based on customer use cases
