- บริหารจัดการด้านงานจัดซื้อ / จัดหา สินค้าและบริการ ตามนโยบายที่ได้รับ
- ประสานงานกับ Supplier เจรจาต่อรอง เรื่องราคา, หาคู่เทียบ และเงื่อนไขสำคัญต่าง ๆ
- ประสานงาน Subcontractor ในการ Bidding หาคู่เทียบที่เหมาะสม เพื่อคัดเลือกเข้าทำงานโครงการ
- จัดทำเอกสารสั่งซื้อ (P.O.) จัดจ้าง / Invoice รวมถึงตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง
- จัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานโครงการของบริษัทฯ
- บริหารงานด้านกระบวนการติดตามการจัดส่งสินค้าให้ตรงตามเวลาที่กำหนด
- สรรหาและตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือของ Supplier รายใหม่
- ประเมินผลงาน และทำการเข้าตรวจสอบ สถานประกอบการของ Supplier / Subcontractor
- ควบคุมประสานงานในการตรวจสอบ และรับสินค้า / ติดต่อ Supplier / เคลมสินค้า
- เจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน เพื่อรักษาผลประโยชน์ให้กับบริษัทฯ
- บริหารจัดการด้านเอกสารการสั่งซื้อ เพื่อใช้ในกรณีการตรวจสอบเอกสารย้อนหลัง
- ประสานงานสินค้านำเข้า-ส่งออก และพิธีการศุลกากร (Logistics)
- สรุปผลจัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับแผนกจัดซื้อ (Report)
- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายของบริษัท ตามหลักธรรมมาภิบาล
- งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป / สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• อายุระหว่าง 35-45 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดซื้อ 10 ปี ขึ้นไป
• มีความรู้ด้านธุรกิจนำเข้า-ส่งออกและโลจิสติกส์
• สามารถ อ่าน เขียน สื่อสาร ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
• มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงานและเจรจาต่อรองเป็นอย่างดี
• ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft ; Word , Excel , PowerPoint และอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
• มีความอดทน ซื่อสัตย์ ละเอียดรอบคอบสามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
• มีบุคลิค คล่องแคล่ว ว่องไว มีปฏิภาณไหวพริบและมีความรับผิดชอบ
