

The Service Overhaul Division is responsible for overseeing the service and overhaul operations of reciprocating and screw compressors. This role involves managing 8 technical teams and the admin team, ensuring efficient scheduling, customer satisfaction, and effective spare parts management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership and Management : supervise 7 groups of technicians
2. Service Scheduling and Coordination : o Plan and assign service tasks to teams based on customer needs and equipment availability.
3. Customer Interaction : o Communicate with customers regarding machine diagnostics, service schedules, and after-service follow-up.
4. Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on complex troubleshooting tasks, ensuring that all services are completed to high technical standards.
5. Spare Parts Management: Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure that parts are available for scheduled services, tracked using Excel and historical data.
6. After-Sales Agreement Management: Ensure that after-sales agreements are managed efficiently, including renewals, spare parts provisions, and customer follow-ups.
