Technical Service (Meat / Food Ingredients)

- Inquire product samples (base food science + regulation knowledge) from overseas suppliers.
- Arrange specification sheet and reverent quality documents for customers review,ensure that there is meet with FDA regulation and customer required.
- Training Sales team to understand concept, benefit and application of a new product.
- Repeat existing products and provide technical information.
- Liaison and support foreign suppliers to visit customers.
- Attend lab scale test (if any) to collect information and result then feedback to suppliers.
- Participate for investigation if customer found problem in technique or quality issue.
- Advise primary troubleshooting to clients.
- Update and renew document.
- Responsible for Meat processing laboratory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in Technical Service, R&D, Meat Processing, or Food Ingredients (preferred)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Ability to share and transfer knowledge effectively
- Able to work on-site occasionally (upcountry)
- Patient, service-minded, and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
