● To provide recommendation for hardware, peripheral and
software to the IT manager
● Administer active directory user account
● Administrate the school email system
● Internally administrate user permissions
● Report and analyze server problems including, Web
Trends, Server Reports, Service Reports, etc. directly to
the IT manager
● Create Share Folder and permission for staff
● Coordinate with supplier for new technology updates
