1. Reception, Telesales & Roadshow Support
• Serve as the first point of contact at the school reception with professionalism and warmth.
• Assist with telesales campaigns, following up with prospective parents and students.
• Support the coordination and logistics of roadshow and outreach events, including preparation of materials and onsite presence when needed.
2. Summer Program Coordination & Parent Communications
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate summer programs.
• Contact parents to provide information, follow up on inquiries, and ensure registration and attendance.
• Assist in planning and executing school-related events that involve parents and students.
3. School Secretary & Parent Liaison
• Act as a key point of contact between school administrators and parents.
• Ensure timely, clear, and courteous communication via email, phone, and in-person.
• Support initiatives to build positive parent relationships and foster school community engagement.
4. Student Data Management
• Accurately input and maintain student records in the School Management System (SMS).
• Support the admissions and academic teams with up-to-date student information.
