The Admissions and Communications Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the school’s growth by ensuring a seamless admissions process and effective communication strategies. The role is responsible for guiding prospective families through the admissions journey, enhancing the school's visibility, and ensuring a positive, professional image both internally and externally.
1. Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, delivering outstanding customer service and clear guidance on the school's admissions process, in alignment with assigned monthly and annual KPIs.
2. Manage and respond promptly to all admissions inquiries via phone, email, LINE, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
3. Coordinate and lead school tours, admissions meetings, entrance assessments, and follow-up communication. Actively work to ensure high conversion between enquiry and enrolments for prospective parents. Collect and prepare application documents for submission to the registrar department.
4. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all admissions leads and data in the school's database system.
5. Work closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new families and to support enrollment targets.
6. Assist in the planning, execution, and promotion of school events such as Open House, Welcome Day, Roadshows across Thailand, and onboarding activities. Weekend work may occasionally be required, with advance notice provided by the school.
7. Analyze admissions and marketing data to generate regular reports and support strategic decision-making.
8. Actively uphold and promote the school's image, brand identity, and core values across all communication channels.
9. Monitor competitor schools and provide regular updates and insights to the team and school leadership.
10. Carry out other duties as assigned by the CEO and the School Leadership Team.

● This position is based at the SBS Bangkok campus (14 Bangkok-Chon Buri New Line, Khwaeng Thap Yao, Khet Lat Krabang, Bangkok 10520)
● The role may occasionally require weekend work for school events or open house the workweek exceeds 5 days, the company will provide compensation or time-off benefits in accordance with school policy
