หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- บริหารและดูแลทีมช่างเทคนิคและทีมสวน
- ควบคุมงานซ่อมบำรุงประจำวันให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ดูแลงานซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance)
- วางแผนตารางการบำรุงรักษารายวัน รายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน และรายปี
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาการทำงานผิดปกติของระบบ
- ตรวจสอบและรายงานสภาพของอุปกรณ์และระบบวิศวกรรม
- ควบคุมงานซ่อมแซมระบบวิศวกรรมและอุปกรณ์ของอาคาร
- เสนอแนะและบริหารจัดซื้อเครื่องมือและวัสดุที่ใช้ในการบำรุงรักษา
- บันทึกข้อมูลการบำรุงรักษาอย่างถูกต้อง
- จดบันทึกการใช้ไฟฟ้า น้ำประปา และแก๊สประจำเดือน
- เตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อรับมือกับเหตุฉุกเฉินตลอดเวลา
- ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ทีมรักษาความปลอดภัยและทีมทำความสะอาด เพื่อให้งานบริการและการซ่อมแซมเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- เก็บคู่มืออุปกรณ์สำหรับใช้อ้างอิง
- ควบคุมงานของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานงานซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษา
- ตรวจสอบและดูแลระบบส่วนกลางที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบของแผนก เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบสระว่ายน้ำ และระบบประปา
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก Facility Manager
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
- ปริญญาตรี / ปวส. สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ดูแลระบบสาธารณูปโภคของอาคารอย่างน้อย 3 ปี (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถอ่านและวิเคราะห์แบบระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา และสุขาภิบาลได้
- ขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ และสามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM)
- สุขุม มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และมีวินัยในการทำงาน พร้อมทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้

St Andrews International School Bangkok was founded in 1997 on an attractive, conveniently located site, with excellent facilities and good access to local transportation.
