Effectively manage projects within the defined scope of the Terms of Reference (TOR) and allocated budget.
Develop project plans that align with the TOR’s specified deliverable milestones.
Monitor project progress (Project Tracking) to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
Lead and manage the team effectively, providing constructive feedback and problem-solving guidance.
Prepare deliverable reports in accordance with the TOR, and take a leadership role in presenting deliverables to government clients with accuracy and completeness.
Create project schedules and open Epics in Jira for the project team.
Report project progress or potential issues to relevant stakeholders in advance to mitigate potential risks.
Perform other related duties as assigned, including responsibilities for 3 new development projects and 1 maintenance (MA) project.
Manage resources efficiently, and promptly address any resource shortages.
Oversee all projects on the client’s site and effectively support the Account Manager (AM).

Requirements
Qualifications
Thai nationality
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, IT or other related fields
At least 5 years experienced in IT Service operation/implementation or IT Software and Hardware
Experience in Project Management (IT Solution or related fields) including project planning, client management, quality assurance, resource and budget control
Able to work under dynamic environment and manage aggressive timelines
Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills
Strong leadership skill and good interpersonal skill
Good command of spoken, read, and written English will be considered as an advantage.
