• At least bachelor's degree with at least 2 Years direct experience. Working in “Construction” experience is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role.
• Hands-on experience and hands on multi tasks and projects. Potential to be a good leadership.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Good communication in English.
• Willing to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment.
• Happy to deal with operational tasks and able to work under high-pressure circumstances.
• Have a “Can-Do” attitude, be “Open-Minded”, “Optimistic”, “Love to Serve People” and “People Oriented” is a must.
