Responsibilities

Promote and sell RT Acoustic’s solutions to architects, designers, contractors, and corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate acoustic solutions based on performance, design, and sustainability needs.
Deliver product presentations, acoustic demonstrations, and technical support throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare project quotations, specifications, and product documentation.
Collaborate with internal technical, design, and production teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technical advancements in acoustics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably within acoustics, building materials, interior systems, or sustainable design.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Thai and English.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to understand architectural drawings, technical data sheets, and acoustic performance metrics (e.g., NRC, αw, STC).
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Passion for sustainable design and innovation is a strong plus.
