- Complete production targets on time according to the production plan.
- Supervise production progress and coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production.
- Manage and oversee the production process, equipment usage, and employee performance.
- Control production costs while continuously improving production efficiency and product quality.
- Identify production line bottlenecks and implement quick solutions.
- Schedule employee work plans, organize training, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Comply with company safety and quality management regulations to ensure safe production.
- Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in production management within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong team leadership, communication, and coordination skills, with basic data analysis abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive work attitude.
- Willingness to work day-night shifts and overtime as required by management.
