1.Develop and Improve Products
-Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for new product development and improvement of existing products.
-Generate innovative product ideas aligned with customer needs and market trends.
-Plan and execute product testing to ensure quality, safety, and performance meet company standards and customer expectations.
-Ensure timely delivery of new and improved products in line with company policies.
-Key Indicators: Number of products developed; adherence to development timelines.
2.Calculate Product and Packaging Costs
-Prepare cost analysis for new and existing products, including packaging, in accordance with company policies and market competitiveness.
-Ensure cost estimates are accurate and align with customer requirements.
-Key Indicators: Accuracy and alignment with target cost.
3.Conduct Shelf Life Studies
-Plan and execute shelf life studies for both new and improved products.
-Prepare comprehensive reports considering risk factors and ensuring compliance with company policies and customer expectations.
-Key Indicators: Number and accuracy of shelf life reports, including accelerated shelf-life evaluations.
4.Prepare Technical Documentation
-Create and deliver technical reports, including research results, product specifications, formulas, and manufacturing processes.
-Ensure timely submission of documents to relevant departments and effective utilization.
-Key Indicators: Number of completed and delivered documents.
5.Coordinate with Internal and External Teams
-Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and workflow.
-Key Indicators: Satisfaction level of related departments.
6.Other Duties as Assigned by Supervisors
-Perform additional tasks as assigned, ensuring timely and successful completion.
-Key Indicators: Successful execution of assigned tasks.
-Bachelor's Degree in Food-Science, Food Engineer, Food Technology, Research and Developement, Science or related field.
-Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in food product development.
-Candidates with experience in dairy products, snack foods, beverages will be given special consideration.
