IT Engineer -Application Support

- 1. Provide support for business applications such as ERP, CRM, HR, or internal systems.
- 2. Troubleshoot and resolve software and application-related issues reported by users.
- 3. Coordinate with developers, vendors, and system administrators to solve complex problems.
- 4. Install, configure, test, and update applications to ensure stable performance.
- 5. Prepare user manuals, system documentation, and provide user training.
- 6. Gather user requirements and propose system improvements.
- 7. Support IT Service Management processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
2.Basic knowledge of:
o Database systems (SQL, Oracle, MySQL)
o ERP/CRM/HRM or other business applications
o Fundamental networking and IT infrastructure concepts
3 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong service orientation.
5. Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
6. Experience in IT Application Support or related fields will be considered an advantage.
7. Ability to communicate in English (reading/writing/speaking) will be considered an advantage.
8. Additional certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle) are considered a plus.
