- สามารถปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานได้ทุกตำแหน่งภายในร้าน โดยมีแบบตรวจสอบมาตรฐานในการประเมินการทำงาน
- สามารถฝึกสอนพนักงานได้ในแต่ละตำแหน่งภายในร้าน
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งการบริการ ดูแลลูกค้า
- ดูแลเรื่องยอดขาย เรื่องโปรโมชั่น
- สามารถเข้างานเป็นกะ หรือ เป็นรอบได้
- ทำงานเอกสารประจำวันที่ได้รับมอบหมาย สามารถบริหารเวลาการเข้างานของพนักงาน
- เข้าใจและสามารถดูแลการส่งมอบอาหารตามนโยบาย McDonald’s
- ทำการตรวจเช็ค Food Safety
- อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป วุฒิปริญญาตรี (ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่)
- บุคลิกภาพดี มีความมั่นใจ รักในงานบริการ
- คล่องแคล่ว พูดจาฉะฉาน
- มีความสามารถในการวางแผน และ การจัดการปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- สามารถทำงานได้ 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ และ เข้างานเป็น กะ เวลาตามกำหนดได้
- ไม่มีโรคติดต่อร้ายแรง
- ไม่มีรอยสักนอกร่มผ้า
- หากมีประสบการณ์งานบริการ้านอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
