Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, advertising, and public relations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales materials and presentations.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing projects.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase our properties.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM, SEO, PPC, and email marketing platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Thai and English.
