Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Senior Process & Maintenance Engineer (Packing) to work closely with Maintenance Manager in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and expand your experience and expertise.
Job Summary
As Senior Process & Maintenance Engineer (Packing), your key tasks are as below:
• Ensure packing equipments and machines perform as per specifications
• Follow up corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to improve performance
• Solve issues related to packing machines
• Making sure machines perform seamlessly
• Responsible for enhancing productivity & reducing cost
• Improve- packaging line quality, process & technology for improving efficiency
Applications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in packing machine maintenance, developing packaging material, and productivity improvement
• Experience in Pharmaceutical industry or FMCG manufacturing industry
• Experience in CGMP, HACCP, ISO 12005 will be preferred
• Good computer operating skills in MS. Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command of English – speak, read, write
Skill & Knowledge
The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of packaging materials, machine maintenance, and engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS., etc. Good command in communication and technical skills.
