Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Logistics Officer (Import) to work closely with Assist Manager Logistics (Import) in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and to expand your profile
Job Summary
As a Logistics Officer (Import) , your key tasks are as below:
• Ensure GMP compliance.
• Coordinate with supplier related to delivery schedules of material.
• Manage and arranging the documents to be used for clear the goods with customs.
• Coordinate with a bank to processing the documents of international trade.
• Preparing the documents for submitting to bank suck as a request for an open letter of credit, trust receipt, shipping Guarantee etc.
• Internal coordination with concern
• Arranging the payment to supplier
• Coordinate with the insurance company for an insurance claim
• Enter the data into the system for keep record.
• Checking of invoice, Packing list , COA , COO , B/L or other FORM , expense and all that is related to the payment.
• Coordinate with internal manufacturer for the goods arrived at factory.
• Report to department head, filing.
• Other jobs as assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

• Bachelor's degree in International Business / Business Administration or relate field
• At least 1 years’ experience in import function.
• Good command in English
• Good command in MS Office
• Good Attitude, self-motivated, dynamic, hard-working and able to work under pressure and flexible hours.
• Strong interpersonal and cooperate with all levels including management.
• Able to work in Bangpoo, Samut Prakan
