Mega Life Sciences is looking for a Category Manager to work closely with PHC Director (BD&MSS) in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn new skills & knowledge and expand your experience & expertise
Job Summary
As a Category Manager, your key tasks are as below:
• Analyzing data or information to determine Pharmaceutical Health Care (PHC) industry and market trends of each market.
• Devising long term development strategies for product categories.
• Presenting the category strategies to countries, market trends and identified new drug products for their new product launch considerations.
• Creating brand name and packaging design by collaborating with legal and RA teams.
• Liaising with country marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category such as symposium or stand-alone activities for new drug launch or during growth phase.
• Supporting country marketing teams by being a single point of contact for any related marketing issues and providing appropriate solutions to address them.
• Collaborating with BD, MA, PD and country RA teams for New Product Development (NPD) process.
• Fostering trust relationship with country marketing and sale team and country key HCPs to achieve category business objectives.

• Incumbent must be a Thai national.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy and MBA (Marketing).
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing or Product management within Pharmaceutical Industry
• Experience in Generic business will be an added advantage
• Professional use of MS Office
• Self-driven & motivated with, strong leadership capability.
• Good command of English – speak, read, write
• Open & Interested to work in Bangna, Bangkok
Skill & Knowledge
The ideal candidate must possess knowledges of pharmaceutical sciences, category management, marketing & sales principals in PHC industry, Customer behaviors & trends and government policies. Additionally, the incumbent should demonstrate strong capability in data analysis, forecasting methods, market research, presentation and communication skills along with the ability to do multitasking.
