Mega Lifesciences is looking for an Engineering Maintenance Manager to work closely with Engineering Director in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and expand your experience and expertise.
Job Summary
As an Maintenance Engineering Manager, your key tasks are as below:
• Lead Maintenance Operations of Pharma process and Packaging lines.
• Responsible for reliability of Blister packing, Sleeve packing, Cartoning, Shrink packing, Bottle Packing lines and Oral Solid Dosage equipments of Sifters, High shear mixers, Granulators, Compression machines, Tablet coating Equipment, Powder filling sachet lines with continuous improvement on eliminating Break downs, lowering maintenance costs, Implementation of energy saving initiatives and ensuring safety of people operating those machines.
• Manage the overall responsibility through coaching and leading a team of 10 members including Senior technicians and technicians through implementing processes and developing their skills, knowledge & capabilities.
• Responsible for enforcing and Implementing all Work instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Process (SOP) of the team.
• Design and execute productivity improvement projects to reduce the cost of maintenance through continuous improvement tools.
• Must possess good problem-solving skill with ability to explore alternatives and propose solutions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineering or any related field
• 10 - 15 years’ of experience in maintenance management.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical industry or FMCG industry
• Experience in various packing machine, especially in Blister Packing machine
• Experience in working with Multinational companies/ with expats
• Experience in Green field project execution or Brown field project expansion
• Basic knowledge in environmental management
• Good command of English – speak, read, write
• Open & Interested to work in Bangpoo, Samut Prakan
Skill & Knowledge
The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of packaging, packaging materials, process and suppliers. Good presentation skills with strong interpersonal communication. Ability to collaborate with people and get the work done.
