What you will Gain from Mega:

- 3rd orFinal-year students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science / Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- GPA 2.5+ with a strong academic foundation
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Interest in HR technology, process automation, and AI applications in HR
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Forms) and willingness to learn integrations
- Proficiency in English (speak, read, write)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good interpersonal and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform—especially Power Automate (building/testing simple flows)
- Familiarity with Copilot / Copilot Studio (FAQ curation, chatbot testing)
- Basic knowledge of data analysis & visualization (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Awareness of data privacy & security when handling HR data in Microsoft 365
- Ability to document workflows, test cases, and user guides in clear, simple language
Period
- Internship Program: 2 Months
- Cooperative Program: 4 – 12 months
