Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Process Engineer (Encapsulation) to work closely with R&D Manager in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and expand your experience & expertise.
Job Summary
As a Process Engineer (Encapsulation), your key tasks are as below:
• Review and improve machines work processes to be efficient.
• Record the log of the machine standards for operation & machines maintenance.
• Analyze and solve problems in the production process both in terms of operating methods of employees and machines under the requirements of the GMP system and company policy.
• Prepare, review and check the machine maintenance plan.
• Follow up and check the machines preventive maintenance (PM) making according to the PM plan.
• Check and maintain spare parts required for machine maintenance.
• Consulting & training to develop skills of the personnel in the team.
• Liaise with other related departments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic) or any related field. (Fresh graduates can apply)
• Experience in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry will be an advantage
• Good command of English – speak, read, write
• Proficient in MS Office
• Can work in shifts or work on holidays when there is an urgent job
• Open to work in Bangpoo, Samut Prakan
Skill & Knowledge
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of pneumatic, electric, mechanic, software, material and measuring mechanic and electric instruments.
