Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
- Enhance the Cormix brand image to stand out as an expert in construction chemicals.
- Oversee and ensure strict adherence to Corporate Identity and Brand Guidelines.
- Monitor emerging digital trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative marketing plans.
Content & Digital Media
- Create and develop content, including graphic design for digital media.
- Design and update marketing materials such as packaging, product labels, data sheets, and various documents.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms.
- Execute performance marketing campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Email).
- Continuously learn and improve skills in SEO, both paid and organic.
Data & Document Management
- Update and manage databases of technical and marketing documents, such as TDS, MS, MSDS, and test reports.
- Organize and maintain files on the server systematically.
Customer Support & Coordination
- Respond to customer inquiries via Line and Facebook, and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Coordinate lead follow-ups with the Sales and Operations teams.
- Manage stock of marketing materials and corporate souvenirs.
- Provide support for marketing activities and events.
