Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development:

Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Develop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets
Oversee key marketing functions to ensure achievement of objectives

2. Market Analysis:

Conduct and evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data
Identify trends and insights to inform marketing strategies

3. Campaign Management:

Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
Manage relationships with media, advertising, and online agencies
Optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, Facebook, and Google Advertising
Measure campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions for improvement

4. Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor the marketing team
Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and objectives
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement

5. Brand Management:

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation

6. Stakeholder Communication:

Present marketing strategies and results to senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing; specialization in Digital Marketing is a plus
Thai National, aged between 25-35 years
2+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing
Experience in the Game Online business is a significant advantage
Proven expertise in e-commerce, SEO, social media, and online advertising (Facebook & Google)
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills
Communicates well in English
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Creative mindset balanced with analytical skills and results-oriented approach
Adaptable to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data interpretation
