1. บริหารจัดการนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี รวมถึงการจัดการข้อมูล ผลิตภัณฑ์ มีความรู้ความเข้าใจมาตรฐาน และมีความเข้าใจแนวโน้มอุตสาหกรรม เข้าใจโอกาสทางธุรกิจ และอื่นๆ
2. บริหารจัดการคู่ค้า ทั้งในและต่างประเทศได้ดี เพื่อนำผลิตภัณฑ์และ เทคโนโลยีเข้ามาปรับใช้
3. บริหารจัดทำข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ให้ถูกต้อง ทันสมัย เป็น ระบบ เข้าใจง่าย
4. บริหารแนวทางในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ปัจจุบันให้มีคุณภาพดีขึ้น เพื่อให้เกิดการได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันทางธุรกิจ
5. กำหนดแนวทางในการประสานงานกับสำนักงานมาตรฐานภายนอก เพื่อเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมในการทำความเข้าใจ แลกเปลี่ยน กำหนด ปรับปรุง มาตรฐานต่างๆ
6. กำหนดนโยบายให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9001 และระบบจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO 14001
7. สนับสนุนงานสืบทอดหลักปรัชญา DNA และปฏิบัติงานตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์, วิศวกรรรมศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความสนใจในเรื่องเทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมก่อสร้าง มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในสายงาน อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ในเชิงการบริหารธุรกิจ (การตลาด, การเงิน) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ ชอบค้นคว้า ศึกษาสิ่งใหม่ๆ สามารถค้นคว้า อ่านเอกสารงานวิจัยภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีทักษะด้านการบริหารทีมงาน และมีทักษะด้านการนำเสนอผลงาน และฝึกอบรม
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีทัศนคติบวก (Can do attitude) ประสานงานได้ดี สามารถรับแรงกดดันได้
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้ง ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน
- สามารถเดินทางไปติดต่อธุรกิจที่ต่างจังหวัด หรือต่างประเทศได้
