Responsibilities

ดูแลระบบ Software และ Server ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ E-Commerce
ดูแลและสนับสนุนระบบ Website, Backend ระบบจัดการคำสั่งซื้อ (Order Management System) และฐานข้อมูลลูกค้า
สนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคให้กับทีม E-Commerce, ฝ่ายขาย, และฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า
บำรุงรักษาระบบเชื่อมต่อกับช่องทาง Marketplace เช่น Shopee, Lazada, Facebook ,Tiktok
ประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการภายนอก เช่น ผู้พัฒนาเว็บ 3rd party
ช่วยพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบอัตโนมัติ (Automation) ในกระบวนการ E-Commerce เช่น การออกใบเสร็จ, จัดการสต๊อก, แจ้งเตือนคำสั่งซื้อ

Requirements

วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน IT ด้าน อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
มีประสบการณ์จากธุรกิจ E-Commerce จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบฐานข้อมูล เช่น Oracle, MySQL
มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา การสื่อสาร และการทำงานเป็นทีม
หากมีความสามารถเขียนโปรแกรม หรือเขียน Script (PHP, VB.NET, JavaScript ,React) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
