Basic Requirements

80,000 - 130,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

Manage construction projects to meet plans and specifications as stated in the construction contract.
Review tender documents and prepare records, review bid details, and compare pricing and conditions for each item.
Coordinate design details based on management requirements.
Provide advice on project planning and resolve project delays.
Oversee and manage the work of subcontractors, as well as internal and external teams involved in the project.
Organize and attend relevant meetings, prepare monthly progress reports, and update supervisors on project status.
Approve construction materials, equipment, and designs within assigned responsibilities.
Monitor and control project expenses to ensure they align with the plan and contract.
Coordinate with government agencies for permits, such as building occupancy permits (Form A.6) or hotel operation licenses.
Prepare and manage all construction-related documents and filing systems.
Safeguard important project documents or hand them over to relevant parties for safekeeping, such as building construction permits, occupancy permits, and as-built drawings.
Collaborate with stakeholders and design teams to ensure smooth execution of the project.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
At least 7–10 years of direct experience in managing high-rise construction projects (experience in hotel projects is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
Holds a valid professional engineering license (Thai Council of Engineers - กว.).
Strong analytical skills to foresee project impacts and effectively coordinate with relevant parties.
