• Lead and deliver technical training to business
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers
• Design an overall or individualized training and development plan
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods and develop training resources, tools, processes, and facilities as appropriate
• Drive suitable training initiatives that build employee retention, productivity, and quality by maintaining training delivery records, planning training/assessment activities, assessing employee competencies, providing training solutions to non-standard training requests
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
• Submit documents to the Department of Skill Development
• Responsible for audit in the training section
• Manage training records and training budget
