- Thai nationality, Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources (HRM/HRD), Business Administration, Management or other related fields
- Minimum 5 years of progressive relevant work experience in HRM/HRD.
- Have good understanding of HR business requirements, Analytical skill, result/details-oriented, and can maintain company’s confidentiality regarding HR issues.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office and HRIS is preferred)
- Able to communicate in English (speaking and writing)
- Can do attitude, problem solving, and embrace challenge
