JOB SUMMARY:
In charge of new product and mass production for process control, process capability, product performance and LAR.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Optimize product specification base on customer drawing and meet customer requirement.
- To define and optimize internal product specification to meet customer requirement.
- Set up process control per CTQ of each product.
- Improve and maintain process yield and material yield of each product.
- Improve and maintain process capability to achieve CPK target of each product.
- Review daily process capability and product performance.
- Coordinate with production, tool & die, metrology and QA for process/product improvement.
- Improve and maintain LAR for both dimension and VMI at OQA.
- Trouble shooting and problem solving for all concerned problems.
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in any engineering field relates.
Skill Required:
- Computer skill, English command, Statistical analysis skill (SPC, Six sigma)
Experience: 0-3 years.
