Position: Business Development Specialist (Strategic Partnership - Individual Contributor Position) 35,000 – 50,000
Job Purpose
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain or Improves Revenue through Outstanding Customer Relationships
- Creating effective sales plans for SOOK Enterprise
- Sells SOOK Enterprise’s solutions by implementing the sales plans
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- In charge of analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue.
Maintain or Improve Business Development Process
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Assess potential clients and provide development support, as well as act as a facilitator between executives and external contracting sources.
- Completes business development operational requirements by aligning with relevant team and network; following up on work results.
- Research industries to find purchase patterns and emerging trends to recommend changes for SOOK Enterprise.
Improvement of Teams performance
- Implements together with Strategic Alliances and Internal Teams on Customer Programs by developing action plans to customer acquisition and retention.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
Maintains or Improves of the financial aspects Customer Service
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Work with the Business Transformation team to create value to customers for up-selling the solutions, services and products.
