
- Directly responsible for bakery kitchen area
- Develop and maintain the hotel cuisine concepts and standards
- Maintain food cost by ensuring that proper preparation, inventory
- Enforce the standard food preparation
- Maintain food safety & protection
- Enforce Standard Sanitation Checklist
- Achieve departmental budget goals
- To accurately forecast business demands on a weekly basis
- To implement a departmental daily training program
- At least vocational certificate in culinary
- At least 3-5 year experience in culinary operation and supervision
- Good in inter-personality and creative skill
- Can communication in English
