JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
International Sales Supervisor, MENA and EU will provide PFS's
products, services, and solutions to customers directly or through
overseas intermediaries such as distributors and resellers. In this role, you will nurture and strengthen
relationships with the customers, implement the company's sales and marketing activities and apply Key
Account Management (KAC) to sustainably grow this market account.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maintain and expand relationships with customers, providing products, services, and solutions in assigned market
Develop and deliver products, sales bids and presentations to channel partners, distributors, and customers
Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends
Support business growth by disseminating favorable information of the organization and its products and services
Work closely with partners, distributor, and customers to forecast demand and promotion plan
Collaborate with supporting functions to lead and execute project proposed to customers
Understand P&L and analyze key drivers and formulate strategy to improve or grow profit
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience in Food Industry and understand RTM in MENA and EU market
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1 Bachelor's degree in Business Admistration or related fields
2 At least 2 years of experience in international sales
3 Customer-driven mindset and can-do attitude.
4 Strong Strategic Sales Management, plus outstanding collaboration skill with many parties
5 Strong presentation, negotiation, critical thinking, and people management skills
6 Good Pricing & Demand planning is an advantage
7 Ability to travel and work at Samut Sakhon plant office
8 Ability to occasionally travel for business abroad as business needs
9 Excellence command of English with computer literacy
