Debt Collection Staff (OA Management)

Job description:

• Manage debt collection operations performed by outsourced collection.
• Provide guidance and problem-solving support to outsourced collection.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders to support issue resolution.
• Prepare , review , and maintain debt collection reports and up-to-date data entry in company systems.
• Analyze , and summarize daily, weekly , and monthly debt collection performance reports from outsourced collection. 
• Conduct on-site visits (Visit OA) to outsourced collection.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any fields. 
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in debt collection operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to perform on-site assignements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible and willing to perform other duties as assigned by management.
