1. Offline Marketing Support & Execution:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing offline marketing plans and campaigns.
- Coordinate and execute various offline marketing activities, such as in-store promotions, events, print advertising, and out-of-home (OOH) media.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Product) and external vendors (e.g., agencies, printers, event organizers) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Manage the production, inventory, and distribution of marketing collateral and point-of-sale materials (POSM).
2. Co-Promotion Support & Coordination:
- Support the identification and selection of potential co-promotion partners.
- Assist in coordinating co-promotional campaigns with partners, ensuring alignment with agreed terms and marketing objectives.
- Facilitate the execution of co-promotion activities across relevant offline channels.
3. Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor the implementation of offline marketing activities and co-promotional campaigns.
- Track competitor activities in the offline space.
- Collect data and assist in preparing reports on the performance of offline campaigns and co-promotions.
4. Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative tasks related to marketing activities, such as processing invoices, managing budgets for specific tasks, and maintaining records.
- Prepare necessary documents and presentations for marketing meetings or reports.
