-Pro-actively managing Supply Planning operations to deliver the required level of inventory, minimizing costs whilst meeting customer service level.
-Constantly in communication with the factory/co-packers/procurement/customer service etc to ensure seamless stock supply and eliminate out of stock situation.
-Flag out supply risk to the business.
-Actively reduce stock obsolescence by constantly reviewing the supply plans.
-Manage product embellishment which includes (but not limited to) BOM setup, issuing work orders and purchase orders, semi-finish goods & packaging materials planning and purchases.
-Embellishment management which includes KPI setting and capacity planning.
-Ensuring business waste is kept minimal for product relaunches or promotions.
-Analyse any out of stock or overstocked situation to understand the root cause and relate the impact to the business. Taking pro-active steps to address this to ensure optimum stock level.
