Objective : HR Coordinator responsible for managing all stages of the employment process, including orientation and training for new employees and salary management. Support of the business objectives. Performs HR related duties responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, Consultation; policy interpretation, performance and compensation management. May carry out additional responsibilities to include organizational design; employee development initiatives
Role & Responsibility :
- Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
- Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions hire or refer qualified candidates
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Supporting and implementation of HR systems providing counseling on policies and procedures
- On the job training and training programs (Other BU)
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, Emp. data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Process employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Check and calculate the operating time and working hours of the employees (Time Attendance)
- Summary of monthly work statistics report
