Responsibilities

Oversee operations and strategic implementation for all of company support functions including with Procurement, HR, and IT for ensuring the operation will fulfill the mission of the company.
Collaborate with all management staff to identify and deliver the required administrative support operations for the organization.
Provide leadership, thought partnership and tactical support to the people, organizational effectiveness and technology support to ensuring that all related organizational system, policies and practices will be aligned with company strategic direction.
Audit and manage the organizations risk and govern all compliance related issues.
Establish operational benchmarks and resources needed to achieve strategic goals, proactively driving improvements of company support functions operational system and set standards of accountability and clearly defined measurements of success.

Requirements

Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Political Science or related field.
At least 10 year experiences and 5 year experiences in Executive Level.
Strong knowledge in support operation function including with financial, procurement, IT and HR.
Demonstrate the financial management and budgeting skills.
Excellent communication, relationship skills and analytical skills.
Fluent in English.
Have an ability to leverage financial and operational metrics to drive organizational decisions and achieve strategic objectives.
