
• Manage daily operations in Press, Injection, and Paint sections.
• Set and monitor KPIs to meet production targets.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance through preventive maintenance.
• Drive process improvements, cost control, and waste reduction.
• Supervise the production team and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to meet delivery timelines.
• Plan and control production schedules, manpower, and material usage.
• Analyze production data and report to top management.
• Support training and development of team members to enhance performance and productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Production/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years work experience in press or paint or injection industry or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial level.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with inventory and quality control.
• Computer skills: AutoCAD, SAP, Excel VBA, PLC programming would be advantageous.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English communication, both written and spoken.
