• Oversee HR operation such as manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically: manpower planning, recruitment, employee development,employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and appraisals.
• Establish and Implement Wage & Salary structure, Pay Policies, Performance Appraisal and Bonus programs.
• Full spectrum of Payroll management function such as collect & checking data,
• payroll processing, payment and summary report (Month-End, Year-End, Tax,
• Social Security Fund, Provident Fund)
• Monitoring outsourcing service company.
• Provide Top Management with professional consultation on key HR issues.
