
- Collaborates closely with the HR Manager and Functional Heads to develop the strategic direction for people development that drives business growth as company business plan.
- Support with talent assessment, providing coaching sessions, and analysis / development of talent management systems, succession planning and processes related to performance management, career planning, business continuity and Culture.
- Lead employee engagement activities, people relations, formulation of activities, operations and follow-up to build employee motivation and morale.
- Forms the strategic organization development plan by gathering all resources, information and needs from each Functional Heads.
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Direct experience in HRD at least 3 - 5 years
- Can communicate well in English
- Good computer skill
- Can-do Attitude
