• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Thai.
• At least 8 years of work experience in financial analysis with knowledge in energy business
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of defined tasks to contribute to – and lead transaction
• Confident team player with a proven ability to build constructive professional relationships at all levels
• Welcome candidate from banking, corporate finance, investment banking, securities industry
• Having any experience on closing transaction would be advantage
• Prior experience of financial analysis, contract management, due diligence, investment closing or working on similar transactions in Asia (in utilities, trading companies, private equity fund, etc.). Track record of power plant development and/or operation experience would be advantage.
