- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a HR&GA in manufacturing company.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a HR Manager.
- Good command in English ( Advanced Conversation - high)
- Experience in both HRD and HRM
- Good knowledge of labor law with proven work experience
- Able to work and deal with labor union
- Strong analytical skill and communication skill
- Good communication skill, problem solving skill, technical skill, Interpersonal skill, and team working Skill
- Good planning, organizing and computer literacy: MS Office, PowerPoint and Internet
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Experience as a Manager of an HR dept. in small / medium size of international business will be advantage
- Business Level of English
