<Job responsibilities>
- Maintaining smooth operation, configuration and monitoring usage of Firewalls, Network devices, VPNs, communication tools, internet, and other IT infrastructures.
- Providing technical support to users who are experiencing problems with their computers or software applications
- Managing and maintaining computer networks, including troubleshooting problems when they occur
- Monitoring and maintaining of network and software components and implement support
- Installation network, server, hardware and software
- Performing regular backups to ensure that data is protected
- Training employees on how to use computer programs that are new
- Design and implement new IT infrastructure as business requirement
- Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested.
- Communicate with Japanese HQ (Conference online with Japanese System division PIC)
- Create/Modify/Deactivate users access for all systems and all applications
- Create GPO for those in need
- Manage AHV
- Manage WSUS
- Manage all IT contracts, IT service agreements, and supplier
(Coordinate around 10s+ suppliers)
- Manage IT asset, IT Risk, and IT Audit
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- At least 3 years as IT infrastructure, System Engineer
- Good communicate in English (able to Coordinate with JP HQ)
- ability to Manage: Infrastructure (Server, Network, Backup), Desktop-Laptop-Printer-peripherals, Windows Server, Active directory, MS office/O365, Antivirus, Firewall, VPN, Risk management
- Good Project management with Work prioritization and planning skills
