- Manage production efficiency and processes with minimal resources
- ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 external/internal audit
- Customer/sales management
- Supplier management
- Purchasing management
- Process audit support
- Quality defect audit response
- Other duties as directed.
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Age 30-45 years
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in any manufacturing company.
- Have ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 external/internal audit experience
- Conversational middle-level English
- Have Customer negotiation skills such as Value Analysis/Value Engineering, Cost Reduction, etc.
- Actively visiting customers
- Not job hopper
- Have at least 1 year experience as a Super Visor or a Manager
- Conversational middle-level Japanese is preferable.
