- Create Flexible packaging structure, innovative products, product specifications, standard test methods, and quality
information to deploy to all concerned departments, and keep quality monitoring from sample production until
commercial order to ensure quality performance.
- Raw material development to improve profitability, meet customer requirement, Cost reduction and environmentally friendly.
- Analyze market requirements with the management Committee to set a yearly product strategy plan.
- Manage research and development team for they can able help direct the future of company strategy.
- Present new ideas to corporate executives in order to gain permission to develop product lines.
- Handle problem analysis, solving, and service for customers and the company.
- Cooperate with the sales, purchasing, and Production teams and material suppliers for product quality.
- Build a close communication and relationship with customers as you provide technical knowledge and fast response on any customer request or issue.
- Cooperate with group company in ASEAN to researchers for product development projects.
- Support plant audits from customers or system certification bodies such as ISO, FSSC, BRC, and HACCP.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 35 - 47 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor 's Degree or Master's Degree in Packaging Technology, Material science, Material Engineering, Chemical Science
- Over 10 years in Flexible packaging Product Development or R&D function for flexible packaging (Own Manufacturing company)
- 5 years experience in packaging, film, paper, solvent, polymer, plastic materials
- Being Manager level, Strong management skills in production line (printing, packaging, and manpower).
- Experience in Production process of Flexible packaging, film
- Experience in R&D Innovation & Raw material Product Development in Flexible Packaging
- Technical competency (problem solving, project management & improvement, technical support)
- knowledge of ISO9000, GMP, HACCP and Food Safety
- Conversational-high Level of English (for internal and external communication and documents)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Proficiency in the Japanese language
