• Lead to Exploration of Plant-Wide Machine Automation Projects and spearheaded the identification, evaluation, and implementation of automation projects across the entire plant.
• Responsible for All Aspects of Budgeting and Scheduling, Developing comprehensive project budgets in alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.
• Project Reporting and Advanced Analysis, Generate detailed project reports outlining progress, challenges, and outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Cost-Saving Project Tracking, Monitor and track the financial impact of automation projects, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Control and Evaluate All Contractor/Supplier Activities as per Mattel's Procedure, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide Guidance and Training Assistance to Employees, offer expertise and support to employees involved in automation initiatives, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer.
• Set Up Work Instructions and Procedures for Employees and develop clear and concise work instructions and procedures for the operation and maintenance of automated systems.
• Follow Work Instructions, Procedures, and Safety Requirements.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering.
• 4 years’ experience in Automation Machine and Design Engineer in any manufacturing.
• Must be proficient in SolidWorks skills and automation technologies.
• Experience in leading automation projects from conception to implementation, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of Machinery safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Advance conversation middle of English communication.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in automation, such as AI, machine learning, and the Industrial Internet of Things (IOT) is preferable.
